We are seeking a motivated Trusts and Estates Associate Attorney to join our Private Client Service Group. This role is ideal for a developing trust and estate attorney with 2–4 years of experience who is passionate about advising high-net-worth individuals and families on estate planning, wealth transfer, and tax strategies. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners, develop substantive skills in sophisticated planning techniques, and grow within a collaborative and entrepreneurial firm environment.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in trusts and estates law, with a strong foundation in estate planning, trust administration, or a related area
• Proactive problem-solver with meticulous attention to detail
• Strong collaborator with good analytical, writing and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work and communicate directly with clients
• A desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment that is on a growth trajectory
• Active J.D. license in Illinois
