Barrett Wilson-Murphy is an attorney with Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres.

Barrett advises banks and other financial institutions, debt funds, non-bank lenders, and other providers of capital in a wide variety of transactions, including senior, second lien, and mezzanine financings, on an asset-based, recurring revenue, or cash-flow basis.

Barrett has a particular focus on fund finance in the private equity and venture capital industries.

He also has experience advising financial institutions, funds, finance companies, and other providers of capital in structuring, negotiating, and documenting complex domestic and cross-border commercial finance transactions, including senior and subordinate credit facilities, acquisition financings, and asset-backed and other structured financings, with a particular focus on fund finance subscription-based credit facilities.

Barrett also advises clients with a variety of general corporate matters, including corporate governance and compliance matters.

Outside his practice, Barrett has a strong commitment to pro bono work. He represents immigrant children in deportation proceedings through the organization Kids In Need of Defense (KIND). Barrett volunteers with the Achilles International Freedom Team of Wounded Veterans, and has helped guide disabled Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans during the course of 20 marathons.
