Jennifer Kalmanides is an attorney at CROKE FAIRCHILD DUARTE & BERES, where her practice focuses on private funds and investment management matters.  Jennifer started her career as an attorney at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, where she advised clients on the formation and operation of private investment funds (including private equity funds and hedge funds) and related matters.  In addition to her corporate work, Jennifer successfully represented pro bono clients in a range of matters, including an executive clemency application and applications for resentencing under the Domestic Violence Survivors Justice Act. She also assisted clients in connection with the Promise of Justice Initiative’s non-unanimous juries project.

Jennifer received her J.D. from the New York University School of Law.  She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in political science.
