Joely has counseled companies, in domestic and cross-border transactions, across a broad range of industries including life sciences and technology, media, telecoms, health care, and financial services.

Prior to joining Croke Fairchild Duarte and Beres, Joely was a Senior Associate at Hogan Lovells US LLP where she represented public and privately held clients, from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies, in domestic and cross-border transactions including mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, and internal restructurings. Joely has advised on transactions ranging in size from a few million up to $40 billion USD.

Joely is a Seattle, Washington, native. She is not admitted in NY but supervised by licensed attorneys in the jurisdiction.
