Kyla Vick is an associate attorney at Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres LLC in Chicago, where she advises clients on private fund formation matters and private equity investment management matters under U.S. federal securities regulations. Kyla started her career as an attorney at Baker & McKenzie LLP, where she advised clients on the formation, operation and financing of private investment funds (including real estate funds and Delaware statutory trusts) and related SEC compliance matters in connection with private investment activities. Kyla brings a unique lens to her practice as a former fund finance attorney at Mayer Brown LLP, where she represented clients as lenders and borrowers in complex investment fund financing transactions.

Kyla received her J.D. from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, MO in 2019. She graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 2015 with a B.A. in English and a minor in philosophy.
