Kyla Vick focuses on private funds and investment management matters. Kyla started her career as an attorney at Baker & McKenzie LLP, where she advised clients on the formation, operation and financing of private investment funds (including real estate funds and Delaware statutory trusts) and related SEC compliance matters in connection with private investment activities. Kyla brings a unique lens to her practice as a former fund finance attorney at Mayer Brown LLP, where she represented clients as lenders and borrowers in complex investment fund financing matters.
Kyla received her J.D. from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, MO. She graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a B.A. in English with a minor in philosophy.
