Prior to joining CFDB, Leah was an Associate at Latham & Watkins LLP where she advised public companies and private equity firms in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, cross-border transactions, take-private transactions, divestitures, debt-for-equity transactions and other growth-based investments across a broad range of industries.
While in law school, Leah was an online executive editor of Northwestern University Law Review. Prior to attending law school, Leah held various positions in operations and licensing within the music industry. She earned her B.A. in music from Azusa Pacific University.
