Leah Beukelman is an associate at CROKE FAIRCHILD DUARTE & BERES. Leah advises clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including entity formation, organization and governance, venture capital, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining CFDB, Leah was an Associate at Latham & Watkins LLP where she advised public companies and private equity firms in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, cross-border transactions, take-private transactions, divestitures, debt-for-equity transactions and other growth-based investments across a broad range of industries.

While in law school, Leah was an online executive editor of Northwestern University Law Review. Prior to attending law school, Leah held various positions in operations and licensing within the music industry. She earned her B.A. in music from Azusa Pacific University.
