Meredith Christianson advises clients on U.S. and international business transactions, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. Meredith has counseled companies, financial sponsors and other investors in domestic and cross-border transactions across a broad range of industries including aerospace and defense; government; automotive; food, beverage, and agriculture; industrial manufacturing; life sciences and health care; and technology, media, and telecoms.
Prior to joining CROKE FAIRCHILD DUARTE & BERES, Meredith was an Associate at Hogan Lovells US LLP based in their Washington, D.C. office where she focused on strategic and financial mergers and acquisitions for both public and private companies of varying sizes. Meredith has advised on transactions ranging in size from a few million up to $40 billion USD.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Meredith attended Vanderbilt Law School. While in law school, Meredith earned her Master of Finance at Vanderbilt’s Owen School of Business. Before law school, she earned a B.S. in Business with a Concentration in Finance from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
