Sheherbano “Sherry” R. Mirza is an attorney with Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres.

Sherry concentrates her practice on a wide range of finance matters, with notable experience working with and counseling borrowers and lenders throughout the life of a lending relationship. Sherry regularly represents clients in transactions across many industries, including technology, healthcare, manufacturing and financial services.

Prior to joining Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres, Sherry represented financial institutions, lenders and alternative investors in finance, restructuring, and bankruptcy matters. She has represented borrowers in financing insured by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) and has counseled individuals, private equity, and venture capital investors to close middle-market acquisitions. Sherry has also counseled clients on various corporate governance and diligence matters.

While in law school, Sherry served as an extern for the Office of Chief Counsel at the Internal Revenue Service, Tax Exempt and Government Entities Division.

Outside the Firm, Sherry enjoys growing tropical plants, trying new cuisines and learning different dance genres.
