Adam Dondoyano focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and complex corporate matters, both domestic and cross-border, providing commercially focused counsel to founders, investors, private equity firms, and privately held companies. Adam represents clients throughout the business lifecycle, from formation through exit, serving as outside counsel and advising on joint ventures, commercial agreements, capital raises, and other transactions, partnering with clients to develop practical, value-driven solutions that advance their strategic goals.

With experience spanning emerging companies to mature private businesses, Adam’s practice includes significant experience in media, entertainment, and talent-driven businesses, with a focus on transactions involving brands, creators, and other talent, and extends across a variety of industries, including professional services, education, and technology.

Adam earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where he competed on the Transactional LawMeet team, and his B.A. from Florida State University.

Prior to joining Croke Fairchild, Adam was an associate in the corporate groups at Vedder Price P.C., Eisner LLP, and Dentons U.S. LLP.
