Jason Arnold is a corporate attorney and business advisor who brings a broad range of experience to CROKE FAIRCHILD DUARTE & BERES. As Partner, his principal practice areas are mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate governance, and business counseling. Jason has represented both acquirors and sellers in a wide range of private and public company mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and joint ventures ranging in size from $5 million to over $3 billion.

In addition to his extensive transactional experience, Jason has advised companies and boards of directors on governance, financing, securities and compliance matters. Formerly a member of legal departments of publicly traded, Fortune 500 companies, Jason has substantial experience across a variety of industries, including consumer packaged goods, energy and transportation and logistics. Drawing on his time as in-house counsel, Jason brings a commercial and strategic approach to finding solutions for his clients.

Jason earned his J.D. from the University of Tulsa and his B.S. from Oklahoma State. He lives in the Chicago area with his family.
