She provides straightforward, actionable advice on structuring and negotiating corporate debt, project financing, and acquisition financing deals, on behalf of both borrowers and lenders. She has also built a reputation with clients of varying sizes as a trusted advisor for general corporate and commercial contracting matters.
A significant portion of Laura’s practice is devoted to financing transactions in the renewable energy industry, with recent engagements in back leveraged debt, construction financing, bridge financing and corporate debt transactions, among others.
Laura commits herself to understanding her clients’ objectives, and then removing obstacles to accomplishing those objectives.
Outside of the firm, Laura provides pro bono legal services to individuals through the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinics.
