Paige is an Associate at CROKE FAIRCHILD DUARTE & BERES. Paige primarily represents emerging companies, founders, and investors in a variety of venture capital financing and general corporate matters including capital raising transactions, growth strategy, corporate governance and commercial transactions. In addition to her venture capital and corporate practice focus, Paige also has a focus in the web3. digital asset, DeFi and cryptocurrency industry where she counsels clients in the space on regulatory compliance, governance, and capital raising transactions.

Paige brings a unique lens to her practice as a former in-house attorney at a venture capital firm where she regularly executed a variety of transactions including investments in emerging companies and funds, and provided general legal support for the firm’s various business units. Paige started her career as a corporate transactional attorney at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, where she advised venture capital, private equity and other corporate clients through mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financings, and governance matters.

Paige serves on the board the L-CMD Research Foundation, a foundation dedicated to translating available technology into treatment for LMNA-related congenital muscular dystrophy.

Paige is a Baltimore, Maryland native and received her B.A. in public policy and Hispanic Studies from Trinity College in Connecticut and her J.D. from the Washington University School of Law in St. Louis where she received the Dean’s Leadership Award at graduation.
