Tanner is an associate at CROKE FAIRCHILD DUARTE & BERES. Tanner’s practice focuses on a range of corporate, securities, and regulatory matters for a variety of different clients. Most notably, he is called upon to assist investment fund managers during the fund formation process across multiple categories, counsel on investment company and investment adviser regulation, and ensure that clients seeking to raise capital can meet the various exemptions from registration afforded by federal and state securities laws. Tanner received his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and earned both his B.S. in Finance and B.A. in Political Science from the University of Kentucky.
