Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres represented Performant Capital in a series of deals that resulted in the acquisitions of DavLong Business Solutions LLC and its affiliate Administrative Advantage LLC and On Demand Solutions Inc. Performant Capital is a Chicago-based, lower middle market private equity firm focused on investments in technology-driven companies.

With the addition of these companies, Performant Capital announced that it has formed Provider Technology, LLC, a new leading technology provider of outsourced software and IT services, revenue cycle management, and back-office business support primarily for physician practices and health systems.

The deal teams included Jessica Fairchild, Emily Collins, Taryn Strohmeyer, and Sukaina Syed.
